Welcome to Yaveh Shamma Haitian Children Orphanage. We are a Christian Ministry called upon by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to provided for the needs of many abandoned and forgotten children in the poverty stricken country of Haiti. Led by Pastor Gaetan Alcegaire, we are charged with the duty to care for them.

They come to us in many ways. Some are abandoned by parents that can not support them, while others are orphaned by parents that die of AIDS and other epidemic diseases.

In these modern times of a media driven world it does not take much effort to experience the heart breaking images of children sick and starving living on the streets. Many of these children become "Restaveks" (Slaves). When you look in these children's eyes, you can't help but think that they feel that there is no hope for them.

THERE IS HOPE FOR THEM. The hope comes from people who have showed them love. The best way to help restore the hope for a better future for them is to donate. Donate money, time, food, medicine, beds, school supplies, school buses. We need teachers, missionaries, pioneers all are welcome.
